I'm sure they know each other. They played in the same backfield on the Westlake team that lost to Dodge and SLC in his last state championship. He's not athletic enough to play in Dodge's offense.

Austin talk radio has him possibly headed to play in the "pro" offensive system being put in my Mike Sherman at College State. That makes some sense. Tech is loaded at QB (you wouldn't think he would be headed there) but SMU will not run the QB so that could be a possibility. A&M makes sense, big program with pro set offense.

He red shirted last season so he will be out two seasons (last year and this year) before he ever sets on the field in real game conditions and will be a sophomore with no experience regardless where he goes.

It will be interesting to see who Coach Dodge will get, to follow one Riley Dodge, that will be a very tough sell job. It will be a kid who has no offers and kind of a hidden talent.

Foles is a big pro style QB, he would be a great choice for the Mean Green. Dodge would adapt his offense some for his style of play. Maybe Dodge is going to revamp is offense next season. Maybe we get a TE after all.
