That wouldn't surprise me. Coach Price is 4th in the pecking order of men's b-ball coaches at UNT. I'm sure that if Lamar offers him a #1 assistant position, it would be better for him than being our lowest paid assistant.

On a serious side...she was 23. He was a douche for paying her 17K....it was consensual and both were well over the adult age limit. Hail to Tic Price....or maybe not

It may have been legal, but it was unquestionably inapproriate. I say if Tic goes to Lamar, no big loss.

I've always said it has never brought what it is worth...but $17K? Damn!!

Losing Tic is no big deal, and the fact that the subject matter on this board about him is what it is and not his coaching abilities is reason enough that we say "best of luck" at your next stop. Not trying to to say anything negative about Tic...he did a good job while at UNT it seems to me....and he probably needs to move on and see if he can get a head coaching job again sometime, but UNT needs coaches whose "story line" does not include such items as Tic's "adventures"
