I suspect that NT there is for the Lettermen's Association?

Don't let the Exes find out they used their super-secret-private-we'll-share-with-all (except athletics and fans) logo! <_<

That circle is so horrid it makes for a quite nice octagon.

well done sir. well done indeed.

And if it had been a hexagon surrounding the "UNT", this board could start the same rumors that were pointed at the Proctor-Gamble company a few years ago.

 ................

Without the star in front of the NT, there isn't much the Exes can do about the Lettermen's NT logo.

True, and I think I like it better without the star, cleaner looking...especially on a letterjacket...or a helmet... :whistling1:

The athletic department has used a form of the interlock NT since the early 60's. It was on our letterjackets in the early 80's. RV brought it back to the letterjackets a few years ago.

Yes, it is the Lettermen's Association logo that you see.

I'd argue that without the star, it's not the same logo.

No, but close enough. The Exes has had control and has excercised control over that logo, with or without the star since '02 or '03? Why, I don't know? But they have. The athletic department got permission from them to use it on the letter jackets that came out after the '02 or '03 season and the club baseball team got permission from them to use it as well back around the same time. When I first saw one on the letterman's jacket it's been my favorite.
