Transfer Portal Hits pre First Responder Bowl
Yes and no. Vision and patience matter. We've all seen running backs frustratingly make a bad cut, not wait that split second for the right hole to open up or not have the burst needed to really hit the hole and what could have been a 10+ yard carry ends up being a 3 or 4 yard gain. Obviously the line matters but watch enough teams out there and it's obvious when an RB has those elite abilities. -

Lorient can do it all on offense. A real treat to watch. Offense is firing on all cylinders. Taking good shots earlier in the shot clock, moving the ball around early, sets are starting earlier. This team has made a huge leap the past few games. -

Power Conferences making their move to take full control
The thing is the schools are the NCAA. The question is and always will be whether or not the non-power schools/conferences will push back and how hard. Historically, that answer has been “maybe a little.”
