Just read this story and I have to say, as one who rarely drinks alcohol, if this stuff had not been around when I was in school, I am not sure I would have know either:

Leo betrayed no symptoms of inebriation.

Given what the tot was drinking, this doesn't surprise me.

It's sad that these extreme cases of CPS blunderings happen, but unfortunately (or, perhaps, fortunately) the law really doesn't permit any wiggle room.
