Down 13...with a little over 3 minutes left...I'm thinking Game One is over.

I don't know how many games this season, they've been up on a team early....just to let the lead fade away....and eventually end up getting beat handily.

They were up 12 at the half. Now trail by 13.

One and done.

Wow...let the annual choke job begin. It seems to start earlier and earlier each year. Is anyone else disgusted to watch Jason Terry and Josh Howard these days knowing what they once were? I've never seen a "first half all-star" disappear at the end of games as badly as Josh Howard. I would trade him for Gerald Wallace straight up in a heartbeat. Jason Terry? Has there ever been a more inconsistent player?

I won't be sad if Jet, Josh, and even Avery are gone next year. Let's rebuild. Avery Johnson is getting outcoached yet again, and I doubt Cuban will tolerate it any longer.

I know the series isn't over. But what do I have to look forward to when the body language of the Mavs resembles the same BS I saw in Miami and Golden State. Sack up and start this puppy over.

Oh, and last thing: Chris Paul is an amazing young player. It's a shame he's a whiny cry baby loud mouth. I would have never thought he was the type.

Can it be called a choke if they are the 'underdog'? If a 7 loses to 2 its not a 'choke'... a 7 hasn't beaten a 2 in a decade

Its ONE GAME... Anyone think the Suns are out of the SA-PHX series? Granted the Mavs buckled like my ex after 5 beers but still! Its just ONE game!

They gave up a 12 point lead at the half to get out scored by 24 in the second half by an inexperienced team that they just gave a world of confidence to. I would say that was embarrassing regardless of the seeding.

I will take the Mavs to be out in 6.

I didn't think the Mavs would win this series being a 7 seed. I think they are the worst road team out of the teams in the playoffs this season. They need make some major changes to this team though.

The difference between a 2 seed and a 7 seed in the West this year is not the usual talent difference as in years past. A total of 5 games separated these two teams when you look at the records.

I'd say that second half was a choke job...yeah. Maybe not. Prove me wrong, Mavs. Can a zebra change his stripes?

I certainly hope the Mavs win this series, BUT...does not look good with the way they have been giving up big leads time and time again this season...I am just not sure this team has the chemistry to go very far in the playoffs...can't say why not...I am not that big a fan to know...or really care...but I do hope the Mavs get it together...as the Stars did...in the first round...I would hate to see 1 and DONE again this year for the Mavs....some of the front line players are showing a bit of age...need to win soon or it's re-building (re-loading) time for the Mavs. No pro team in any sport..."re-builds" these days...they simply re-load! Good luck Mavs...looks like you could use a little luck!
