If you are talking about Capps, you're right. That's why I think RV hires Kenya Larkin, the least qualified candidate.

I am dismayed at the lack of head coaches that are being considered , actually none since Capps no longer coaches . I wonder if any active head coaches applied ?

Actually it looks like having head coaching experience is considered a detriment to the search committee.

They're more "wowed" by an assistant who has never been a head coach....than by a person who has been a successful head coach.
