From DRC blog:

"I also stopped by football practice today. Quarterback Daniel Meager was back working out after recovering from a bruised shoulder, but wide receiver Casey Fitzgerald was still out with an ankle injury.

UNT worked on two situations in team drills. The offense started drives from its 1-yard line heading out and the 5-yard line heading into the end zone. UNT head coach Todd Dodge was particularly happy with the way the Mean Green was able to get off its 1-yard line.

Dodge also detailed the format for the Mean Green's third scrimmage of spring workouts.

Dodge will put 45 minutes on the clock. The first-team offense will face the first-team defense, the second-team offenses and defenses will square off with the third teams doing the same in a game-like scenario. UNT will punt and kick as the situations dictate it in a live game. The defense will wear green, the offense white.

UNT will keep score in a North vs. South format. The first team and third team will drive toward the north end zone the whole scrimmage with the second-team headed south. Dodge said he will use the format because of a lack of linemen. UNT is down to four healthy defensive tackles and seven healthy offensive linemen it feels comfortable with working with the first or second team."

I also read somewhere that the scrimmage will go from 2pm to about 3:30 pm and consist of around 80 plays.
