Me and the kids are posting from inside a private suite at the Stars game. A friend of ours gave us the tickets so it pays to have connections. Problem is after the kids saw all the free food, snacks and deserts their going nuts and I may never get to come back afterwards.

This is unbelievable, just unbelievable.

Great! This will give you a feel for what your new suite will be like at the New North Texas Football Stadium!

Back home of course now. Wow was that a great game and even greater experience. There was over 100 penalty minutes dished out in the first period alone. Tons of fights. The Stars came from behind to win and security didn't come to have us thrown out of the suite so all around a successful day. I found out that was XTO's suite by the way and was furnished much more lavishly than the two on either side of us. I was told the tickets I was holding became available because so many others were at the Race track today. I'm very thankfull for the experience and the kids couldn't stop talking about of the stuff they ate while there.

I've gotten a box suite at the Stars game before and I actually didn't care for it too much. It sort of takes your attention away from the ice. I'd much rather be in the lower tier closer to the action.
