Dallas Desperados....

Great game last night by Dallas to blow by Colorado. Another good showing by Flower Mounds Chris Sanders. Just my oppinion, but to me with all things considered, I think Will Pettis is the number one football athlete in the state of Texas right now. He plays offense and defense, has great hands, great speed and presence of where to be on the field to get to the ball, led the team and nearly the league in intereptions last year and tackles. The guy does it all. Last night he finished with 4 TD's and 1 interception. He just jumps out to me as one of the guys among so many great football athletes in this state that works his heart out week in and week out and responds with precision accuracy to do his job. Just an amazing talent.

Agreed. Bryan intro'd me to the Desperados a few years back, and Pettis has been one of the standouts...probably one of the best with Weatherington, Pettijohn, and of course, Dolezel.

He was a jerk in HS btw. Never rooted for him.
