That means we have to go through Western Kentucky. Ironic that a lower seed would have gotten us an easier 2nd round game against UALR.

Yeah, we were discussing that a few days ago. It is what it is. We just have to beat ASU and let the chips fall where they may. Should we make it by the Indians most fans will be pulling for us over WKU so we may have a "home court" type of advantage.

Perhaps it might be better to catch WKU after an 8 day lay off while we have a midweek game than to play them in the semis.

---True, I think you right ... Most South Alabama fans will be pulling for us to eliminate WKU since WKU has a better record, plus they probably want to play us again and get revenge since we defeated them in Denton. I am sure they think they have a better team than we have since they are 25-5 and 16-2 in conference play.

---Before this all happens , we need to win "get our head on straight" and win this Wednesday over Arky State. -- Remember we weren't suppose to win last. year.... but we did.. The favored team doesn't always win.

You want to talk revenge.... ArkState got knocked out of the SBC tourny last season, plus we beat them twice already this season... ArkState will throw everything they have at us, and knocking us out would be as satisfying for them as making the NCAA tourny.... Mean Green better be ready...

Apparenly Troy went against their nature and played a slow it down, four corners type of game. Seemed to work. Maybe they'll give MTSU a game(Raiders barely held off ULM).
