Combination of a serious injury and then the pre Super Bowl incident equals this. I hope he is able to get healthy and get back on the field with another NFL team. Good luck to AA.

good luck with that. Cant imagine a team wanting to take a chance on a guy that in his rookie season was about to be a part of the biggest game of his CAREER (you know, besides the New Orleans Bowls) goes and gets ARRESTED for something stupid. Give me a break.

Wasn't his rookie season.

Wasn't even close to his rookie season.. nor was he even playing.

my bad, I misspoke. Removing that word doesn't negate my point. Its dumb. If it had been a Longhorn, or Aggie, or some other player, we'd say something like "typical, what an idiot"....

Hope the best for him, but that doesnt make getting arrested before your team plays in the SUPER BOWL any less stupid.

If he didn't play for NT we wouldn't have known about.

Well.....it was a talking point on Sports Center, being that he was the only player on either team to commit any sort legal blunder the week of the SB.........

my point was it wouldn't have been brought to the board if he wasn't a NT ex.

yeah, because Ramonce Taylor, Ricky Williams, et al., were never brought up on this board...

Ramonce Taylor got into a fight and had 5lbs of pot in his car which is a felony (while in college after winning a national championship), Ricky Williams got kicked out of the nfl for failing multiple drug tests at the top of his game...AA (funny initials for this situation) is suspected of driving under the influence...no one besides us and other NT exes in this world still remembers the guys name that got a DUI at the Superbowl.
