A discussion of Amy Whinehouse on the GMG board... I'm amazed...

In other news Britney Spears was recently asked to teach 4 and 5 year olds how to dance... discuss (as long as the discussion is about crackhead pop stars) but then again, Britney Spears is SO January.

Oh and RV is Zacchias up in that tree ignoring the people asking him to come down so he can tell them what the hells going on with the stadium. Oh that crazy Zacchias.

Im interested to see the next random topic to come up in this thread.

Reality TV? <_<

Duran Duran was neither a Duran or a Duran ... talk amongst yourselves

John Taylor and Nick Rhodes formed Duran Duran in Birmingham, UK in 1978, naming the band after the villain "Dr. Durand Durand", played by Milo O'Shea in Roger Vadim's science-fiction film Barbarella

Back in the 70s - the age of over rated NT football - they showed Barbarella at least once a year. It should be required viewing to be visually literate.

Come on, we can stretch this thread a lot more if we try.

You could always throw a random picture out there for discussion.

Oh my gosh! We have a Rocky Horror Picture Show fan on GMG.com and its.....................ADLER (for Denton's sake)!

"I say there, oh chap, a bloody funny moment from you, Sir ADLER!"

Any of you remember when that movie became the midnight show at the theatre on the Denton Courthouse Square; you know, the one that became a church I believe?

Tim Robbins' squeeze never looked better than in that movie; of course, many years before certain things on her torso went so southbound that she could play soccer with one of them if she wanted to. (Oh heck, can I say that, Cerebus)?!?!? :(
