Rivals Team Rankings

I know this has probably been mentioned before and I missed it, but... How do they come up with the team ranking??? It makes no sense to me. There are teams with less recruits, less 3, 4 or 5 stars and less average stars and are still ranked higher than NT. There must be some calculation they are pulling out of their arse...does anyone know what that is??? :huh:

Yes, it has been discussed before. And you're right, Rivals team point rankings are a mess.

Everyone asks this question, i was wondering if anyone who has a subscription to rivals has ever tried to contact them and ask them how they came up with the ranking of the sun belt this year. I looked at the page 2 link, and neither troy nor the muts have as many recruits, or as many 3 star players. Also they do not have more state ranked players or nationally ranked players at their respective positions. I just can't figure this one out. our avg star ranking went down b/c of the commit from hallivay, but that is the only area where they are beating us.
