I decided to take a short hiatus from posting over the last week to recuperate from the hang over associated with our 2 conference losses. I hope our boys have recovered from the flu, Josh from his concussion, and that Wooden’s ankles healed enough that he can play significant minutes. Their was alot of SBC action this past Thursday.... here you go:

Thursday Night SBC Games

FAU – 70, Denver 68 (overtime)

FAU does us a favor by handing conference mate Denver another SBC loss.

S. Alabama 66, ULL – 60

USA remains undefeated in the SBC and helps keep us competitive in the West with this ULL loss.

Ark State 68, FIU 59

Louisiana-Monroe 82, Middle Tennessee 69

The biggest disappointment in the SBC, ULM, beats down MTSU and gets their 2nd conference win.

Ark-LR 63, Troy 61

Troy cannot take care of business at home. I really hoped for an Ark-LR loss on this one.

We're just 2 games back of UALR and we beat them the 1st time. It's still anyone's race really.
