These people are going to make noise when the stadium plans get closer to reality... but let's be brutally honest. There aren't a lot of homes in Denia (I am just SW of the Denia area, I jog through there) and therefore they don't really have a lot of power backing them up. These folks need to realize the expansion down I35W and 377 poses a greater threat to their peace and quiet than any other development. "FOR SALE" signs are popping up on all these little ranches and country homes as residents realize that now is the time to sell.

In 20 years, 35W all the way down to Ft Worth is going to look like 35E.

--I doubt that it will take that long.. I remember driving down LBJ (620) and having car trouble in 1971 (turned out simple, alternator belt loose) and there was no house or structures even close. About ten years later it was in town. That location is now close to where the Galleria is (maybe a bit east). Even the E-35 had a lot of "green" in the early 70's.
