I’m sure this has probably been discussed before but with the newest signing I was wondering about athletes qualifying for academic scholarships. I’m not sure if this kid or any of the recruits would qualify or not but would like to know if it’s possible for there scholarships not to count against the team totals. I guess it goes along the line of what the Ivy League does they don’t really do athletics scholarships but they try to recruit guys that can play but also qualify academically for free money. Just a thought anyone who knows the rules please share.
