Brian is one of four finalists for the "NFL's Man of the Year" award. This award is given annually to someone who does a lot for their community (charity work, volunteering, etc.). The other finalists are: Hines Ward (Pittsburgh); Jason Witten (Cowboys); and Jason Taylor (Miami).

Man, has Brian made us proud. In the past year he has:

1) bought 50 Cowboy season tickets to be given to area youth;

2) donated $46,000 to Habitat for Humanity;

3) given $25,000 to the Waxahachie (his hometown) Pee Wee Football league;

4) free football and basketball camps for 150 youth;

5) donated $250,000 for a church-building fund.

The Award winner will be announced on Super Bowl Sunday.

Thanks Brian for all you do.......

Congrats and good luck to Brian but even with NFL money I would bet he won't be doing that in a couple years. Maybe he can buy a few hundred UNT tickets for area youth instead.
