UNT has only ten shades of green that is seen throughout the Mean Green World. Time to throw all the crap away and begin a new, with the colors of 2007 and the future.

Maybe against Tulsa, we can black out the stadium and show some kind of cohesiveness. Or for those who do not believe in the ultra slick black and green that Dodge wears then how about a white out with the appropriate green on the t-shirts.

I know we need sponsorship money. But it can be done.

Link? I've clicked on everything "North Texas" on yahoo and it still shows the unt star logo.

It shows up when you have it on your yahoo team tracker. But if you click furter they haven't changed it.

I don't think I can give you one. If you have a yahoo Id then you should be able to see it when signed in..

On the yahoo football and basketball pages (when I am signed in Yahoo ) it shows my favorite teams that I have listed and NT is one of the two I have listed, (Tech is my wife's college). That does show the current "flying Eagle". When clicking on the North Texas page then it displays only the older symbol.

Actually they also show up on the "Yahoo general Sports page" as well. I have NT listed as a favorite on the team tracker section. If you have not done that, it will show the last score and next game in whatever sport for whatever teams you list.

How about changing the old "star" logo on the PA speaker cover up in the center of the ceiling in the Super Pit ?

Maybe a tall ladder ?

Surely we have a tall ladder and some paint, under the bowels of the pit!

      What to expect from Odom?

      I just looked up his coaching history. As a DC, he’s only been a DC as an interim. He did it as Missouri and at USC. Both were for 3 games. This would be his 3rd stint as interim DC. Not sure what defense he runs.

      What to expect from Odom?

      I would suspect that we've seen the end of the 3-3-5. My guess is that he will go back to the 3-4 we ran through the middle of the season. We have run some 4-2-5 in obvious passing situations. If he is a 4-man front guy, he could use that as a base. I don't really think he will do that. We have to do something to fill more gaps and get a pass rush. You can do either with the fronts we currently have, but in the 3-4 you have to be willing to shade the nose. Caponi absolutely would not do that. We NEVER slid the front or moved the nose off of a zero shade. Brown can be a much bigger factor than he has been. So can our DT's. I just hope we put our kids in a situation where they have a chance. Filling gaps on the LOS from the third level is a good way to give up 500 yards a game. Hopefully we never see that again.

      Usually you’ll have one game during the week and one during the weekend. It’s just how college basketball does things. Our home non-con is atrocious (both teams and dates) but there are some good weekend games in conference.
