Hawaii got hammered by Georgia but Troy gave 'um (Georgia) all they could handle before losing by 10 (44-34).

No team got a bigger screw job than Troy. They're better than many teams in bowl games. They'd shred Kansas, Colorado, and many others who got in because of conference affiliation.

I know you hate Kansas, but you can't bash Kansas and praise Mizzou. Mizzou could not have played much better and it was still a one score game.

Chase has choked in every big game this year - including the Cotton Bowl. We'll see how he is next year when he has no Tony Temple and opens against a top 20 team (Illinois.) He laid a big steamy, turd against OU and the Arkansas impersonators yesterday.

I cannot agree more. If KU had done anything right in the first half of that game or if there was about 2 more minutes to go in that game when KU got the ball back, I think they would have won that game. Reesing is a gamer, and although the schedule was not great, they won at K-State, A&M, and OSU. By the way Texas lost to two of those three, and Tech lost to one of those two, so just because KU didn't play Texas or Tech, doesn't mean they got all the breaks on their schedule. Kansas has to play those two teams next year in Lawrence, but they could have beaten either of them this year--road or away.

Even Mel Kiper on ESPN radio said teams like Alabama and Colorado shouldn't be playing in bowl games and that Troy should have gotten the chance. Troy beat the hell of OK State, who ended up 6-6, and got the nod over Troy. Hand job! Also, why the hell did Mizzou get jobbed so bad too. They beat both Illinois and Kansas, yet they both get BCS bid. Lame. And how about Stoops' terrible coaching last night. Throwing it into the endzone to get picked on 3rd and goal from the 18? Onside kick when you just got the game back to one score (and giving the WV offense the ball on your side of the field)? Continuing to blitz Pat White so you have no second level to make a tackle?
