Wow,

I have been a P1 from day 1 and it was weird enough not listening to the hammer the last couple of months. Now that its official and he will not be back its going be really different and I think I will miss the guy....especially his drops!! I think snake has really stepped up and taken on a good interim sidekick role. It would be hard to imagine they would go elsewhere to find a sidekick to fill hammers place....I think they will promote within. Although I must say that I do enjoy Kevin Scott and think he wouldnt be a bad fit.

If they get K-Scott back on a full-time basis and start to feature Danny and Corby more as well I think you set up 5 or 10 years down the road about as smooth a transition whenever Mike decides to retire. K-Scott brings a lot and I think I hope thats where they go.

This F'in sucks!! No more Greggo drops, no more "How bout a marlboro red bitch?", no more "Do you like this gig?", no more "Did you notice my weener in your pocket?"....this is truly some of the most disturbing news I've received in a long, long time. The Hardline will never be as good as it was with "the Hammer". STAY HARD Greggo!!

I used to love the Hammer. But his pop culture references became as out of date as his drug habits. Corby is a much better sidekick for Rhyner as he appeals to the younger side of The Ticket's target market. Too bad Rhyner is grandfathered in because BAD RADIO would sure sound good in afternoon drive.
