Riley s aid the surgery "went really good" and he has atstended 2 rehab sessions. He won't receive a medical redshirt and can't throw a football for at least 3 months.

He won't graduate early...the surgery won't allow him to workout at Nt and he'll focus on rehabbing his shoulder.

He finished his Senior year with 3,426 yds passing and 770 yds rushing for 53 total TD's, (40 passing)

He hopes to compete for the starting position but hasn't talked it over with his father.

I am sorry that the young man is hurt but am not sorry to see him stay and graduate in May instead of December. The Spring of your Senior year in high school is a pretty neat time in a kid's life. I am glad that he will be there to enjoy it instead of going off to college to try to compete for a position on the football team.
