OK...got a little nervous there when I heard about Josh White. Out 2-3 games! It brought back flashes of another NT great, who played extremely well in his freshmen season, and then struggled, due to a nagging hammy.

Apply ice and elevate that knee. I would also suggest a compression wrap to limit your range of motion to hinder involuntary knee-jerking.
