Golden was an assistant when we beat the Dons for the CBI too. He’s 0-2 in the Super Pit albeit as an assistant. Dr. Ob needs to schedule the gators at our place 😎 -

NCAA Tournament Thread
Worth noting, Todd Golden was HC for 3 seasons at San Francisco prior to Florida. He went 22-12, 11-14, and 24-10 in his three seasons leading the Dons, never finished higher than 4th in conference, never made it past the conference semifinals, made 1 NCAA tournament as an at-large where he lost to Murray State. Just pointing this out considering our recent hiring. I'm skeptical or Robinson's track record but Golden should serve as a reminder that record doesn't always mean a coach isn't capable.- 1

I hate to lose Mason as well but it wouldn't have mattered if Hodge had played him or not. If he had played well, he would still be gone. I would have loved to see how he would have developed but... -

2025 Roster Construction
Agree with you both, we need experience. Especially when it's more likely if these Freshmen or Sophmores do well, they are gone. -
