The box score from the AP claimed 10,000 people attended. 9,000 of them must have been in the bathroom during these shots.

Yes, the place had fallen into disrepair - but I do find it a damn shame that the Orange Bowl is being torn down. I wish they could've saved it. Other old pits have been renovated to glory - too bad they couldn't do it with the Horseshoe in little Havana.

FIU's attendance reporting has been suspect all year. I count maybe 200 at most in those photos, not including players and cheerleaders. Not anywhere close to 10,000 bodies there, and No, FIU doesn't have 9,800 season ticket holders to count and make up the difference in the missing attendance.

They closed the East side of the stadium. So all fans were seated on the West side. I don't know if 10,000 people were in the stands but it was over 6,000
