What Do You Want From Dodge?

Oops, somehow I posted this in the wrong forum, so reposting here.

1) The basics, win conference and the NO Bowl, hopefully be ranked.

2) Some 10-win seasons

3) Finally beat Texas and/or OU

4) Have we ever beaten A&M? Yeah, them too.

5) Maybe, just maybe...if we aren't playing the toughest of opponents...a Hawaii- or Boise St.-type undefeated season.

6) Shut out MTSU and FAU every year, just because.

To prevent North Texas from becoming the Sun Belt version of Texas Tech: loads of scoring but poor defense. I fear becoming a perpetual 6-6, 7-5 team, always at or near the top of the Sun Belt, but unable to take the next step up.

I expect the following:

1) Win some conference championships. Not every one, but I want to be in the hunt every year.

2) Play spoiler. Upset TU, A$M, and those types sometimes, and make them look overrated when we aren't winning.

3) Be bowl eligible. If we aren't winning the conference, then being 7-5 (or better) and able to go bowling is fine by me.

Not all of these would need to be hit every year for me to be a happy fan, but some consistency is what I am most looking for.
