I remember a few months back someone posted a link to a website they built with pictures of the UNT logo that you could save as a background or screen savers etc. I am getting married in a few months and was hoping someone had that link so that I can use the UNT logo for the groom's cake. Those logos were the best ones I have seen yet.

Here's a link to the University's branding website, with multiple downloadable versions of the UNT logos in vector image formats. Vector images are good because they can be enlarged to any size without getting grainy or out of focus. This one might be more help to you for creating a logo for a cake, since it can be made whatever specific size you need:
