Since I attended the Navy game and observed our mostly (or maybe all) female cannon crew, I've been thinking that they need their own unique t-shirt. Especially since they've done (from my observation) as good a job as any male cannon crew.

My suggestion is a t-shirt featuring the legendary Mary Ludwig Hayes McCauly or "Molly Pitcher" who manned her husbands cannon after he was wounded at the battle of Monmouth.

Women have made great contributions to our traditions. Julia Smith wrote the music for our alma mater (words by Charles Langford), and Sydney Graham coined our most famous nickname "Mean Green".
