Seems like Channel 8's Brett Shipp has been working on a story for over a year about J'Misson Morgan not going to class and failing all of last year. As you know, Morgan lead SOC to their 3rd straight state title last year. What I hear is a forfeit is in order by the UIL. Story at 10 PM tonight.

Wow so a HS is actually going to get busted for this, they must have really dropped the ball. I know when I was in HS the starting QB and others were handed grades left and right.

Just a bad situation.

Oops! Wrong player! I was told that it was Morgan. It was Kendrake Johnigan, a reserve role player.

Dale Hansen said he would talk about this I believe tomorrow night in "Hansen Unplugged".

      all true. The only thing SMU has going for them is they have unlimited funds....if they can buy enough talent and keep themselves relevant they may have a chance but it's probably too late.... UH is basically Cincy...they don't have unlimited funds

      Why do you think UT, OU, USC, UCLA, etc wanted out of their cozy P4 Conferences? They would have an easier shot at the CFP from those....but they know a bigger shift is coming...

      A retro Flying Worm basketball uniform would be cool! Yes, I remember it as a Drake head coach said after we beat his good team that coming to Denton and playing North Texas was like playing in a "snake pit" I think some students after that started throwing rubber snakes on the floor during games to intimidate opponents, lol.       It's not being "too cheap". It's not wanting to give $$ to a random guy in a dark trench coat saying it will be given to some random player. It's similar to believing a poster named "Deep Throte". ....but I do think you know what's really going on, so I do believe you, lol.

      If that was the case, it would be the Big 10 and SEC are trying to take management of the postseason. Also the Big 12 media contract is worth almost $3 billion. Can that change in the future? Sure but as of now, there are 4 Power Conferences. If there wasn't a difference between the Big 12, ACC and AAC, Memphis, USF, Tulane and Rice wouldn't be so desperate to leave.
