Why Aren't We In A Better Conference

We draw big crowds for named opponents, guaranteed

We don't have a attendance problem at UNT in BBall or Fball.... It is the crappy and no name teams that have been ruining our athletic program.

We would be a excellent fit for CUSA, as they need a good bball team to fit into their conference. With good attendance and a promising top 25 team nearby a shitty CUSA member, SMU...... Can they ignore us for much longer, can they afford to.....

Come out and support the basketball program and let's do it big, our team really gets into a loud and proud crowd to play in front of.

The better and better our basketball team become the more and more pressures will be added on Dodge and the Football team to get better quicker.

Looks like Basketball and not Football will make North Texas the " Team of the Metroplex"

Because it's almost 2008 and we still can't get enough support to build a cardboard $30 million football stadium. We've been to the NCAA Tournament twice and never won a game. We have the same endowment as the tip jar at Chipotle. We still don't have baseball, and from the renders we were shown a year or two ago, when we do it'll be played in a facility one step above Mack Park.

A new conference would be great, but there's a lot of stuff to fix before moving. And, to be quite honest, CUSA is terrible anyways. I'd honestly rather see NT go west with TCU before joining a conference that isn't even as good as the Sun Belt.

Fouts Field and the lack of a baseball program. Those are the reasons we are not in a better conference. UNT_playmaker, I and others on this board have told you and others numerous times the reasons why. Can you not read, or do you not comprehend?
