Best Places To Park For Game Late-comers?

Whether we have 25,000 or 30,000 plus, parking right up to Kick-Off will probably be a buger-bear.

Any parking ideas for late Game Day arrivals for UNT/Navy game? :(

GO MEAN GREEN !

NT Admissions is running our big Open House house event on Saturday and we expect a significant numbers of additional cars to be on campus. We are requesting these participants park by Fraternity Row in the Morning to keep as many of the lots closer to Fouts Open, but there are guarantees. The event will end about 2pm, so there may be some really good spots that may open up late if people don't follow our instructions...

I might recommend parking at the athletic center accross 35. Might be easier to park their and walk accross the bridge than elsewhere on campus...

How about you park over there, and I will park at Whooten, and we can time it?

I, too, think the Env Science building is closer. Also, it is in the direction of the bars after the game.

But we will all be attending the Basketball game after the Football game right?! RIGHT?! Show up loud and proud.

      I don't think you guys are getting it. Ok, make the s16. Cool. Then we'll talk about how we can't get to 5k att because we have to make an e8. Then it'll be because we've never made a f4. Or 19/25 years this century we have played .500 ball or better. Until the CULTURE gets shifted it will always be something. We need an AD that has a fire in his belly and a vision to shift the culture to where it needs to be and be vocal about that vision. If Jared can't do it or doesn't know how then he needs to go. It's bare minimum job responsibility stuff...

      I definitely understand why you should do it. I'm just too honest of a guy... at this level regular season championships mean zero. I still get a bad taste when every time we refer to last year's women's teams as conference champions when we were the 2 seed in the tournament.

      I agree. Eight consecutive winning seasons and so far only one Big Boy Tournament to show for it. I'm not even asking for a FAU run (yet), but we need to get to the second weekend of the Tournament. Sweet 16, please baby Jesus. One of those two wins needs to be over some relevant-to-this-area Big XII/SEC team, not some high-seed Mountain West or Big East school. The same year we captured our first NCAA Tournament win was the same year Abilene Christian took out Texas, I believe. Get to the Sweet 16 and then have a Gregg Marshall-like run of success - seven straight Tournament/Top 25 appearances, six straight years with at least one NCAAT win, a trip to the Final Four sprinkled in. It may sound silly, but at this point I think a fourth straight NIT appearance does nothing to help the outsiders - unengaged alumni, conference mates, and casual college basketball fans - think higher of UNT. I always want to see us compete in postseason basketball after so many years of it, and the NIT shouldn't always be considered a failure, but the second weekend of the NCAAT, when there are fewer teams left, fewer games and most of the nation would be watching our game... that's what we NEED right now.
