Basically from what I know from listening and one of my buddies works as a board op, he is taking a personal leave of absence and will return. When? Not sure. TOTAL SPECULATION - I wouldn't be surprised if he was back in the rehab center for the happy pills.

Rehab is the only conclusion that I can come up with. But since he's been there before and everyone found out about it, I figured they would mention it on the air just to limit the speculation.

I am sure once he returns something will be said. If it is the case it is very unfortunate but the show is having to go on and the suspense of "where's greggo?" is aiding in the "Afternoon Show"

As for the PAC and revenue I found this article that mentions the PAC-2 gained $50 mil from the Rose Bowl this year and will get another $50 mil next year...       I wouldn't necessarily say that we won't play UNT again in football. SMU has played UNT a ton throughout its history. Far more than any other regional schools in the P4. That said, I doubt we will ever play in Denton again.

      Nice Article: Maintaining Success

      Hodge was a Juco HC before joining UNT as an assistant. He brought in the defensive game planning and was used to having to recruit and re-roster the majority of his teams each year. It's always been like that at Juco level and is similar now at D1 level with players leaving for NIL and more playing time. But some older coaches were used to developing their own players for 4-5 years. Similar to FBS football, some coaches are having trouble adapting to the new era of recruiting a new roster each season. If Ross keeps us winning and gaining hardware we he will attract poachers for his services at a bigger program, like McCasland did.
