Power Conferences making their move to take full control
If that was the case, it would be the Big 10 and SEC are trying to take management of the postseason. Also the Big 12 media contract is worth almost $3 billion. Can that change in the future? Sure but as of now, there are 4 Power Conferences. If there wasn't a difference between the Big 12, ACC and AAC, Memphis, USF, Tulane and Rice wouldn't be so desperate to leave. -

Should we add Texas State to the AAC?
Agree, I see them topping out at maybe $10M per team, and wouldn't be surprised to see $7m-8m. I don't think the extra travel is worth it at that point for Memphis and Tulane. -
