Laugh all you want, but we're still on that road. Just on the other side of the ball now lol

We are in the repair and renovation phase of that road; too many pot holes from the old Buick, we now have a new Dodge.

And as bad as it is, add USU to the list of teams that have actually outscored us offensively this year and also to the list of teams with new playbooks that have shown more improvement from last year than we have... be careful who you're ripping, especially this season.

Why keep digging up DD ? Let him R.I.P. :surrender:

Because of the power of internet anonymity. I suggest you give up on people giving things up lol

the DD bashing

the race discussion

the QB debates

...they aren't ever going to go away, so just separate yourself from the arguments like I try to do.

USU has the same head coach this year, but worse results in record. UNT was ripped for firing DD, but his offensive playcalling had fallen behind times. This shows same playcalling, same results elsewhere, it wasn't just us whinning! :P

That is a perfect term for our fan base: whinning.

Whining + winning.

The problem is now there is much more whining than winning.

Get your facts straight. USU has not outscored us offensively this year. Thay rank 104 with a scoring average of 20.13 per game; we are at #101 with 20.38. Not much, but still our advantage. We've improved a whopping 177 passing yards per game but did lose 22 rushing yards making a net improvement in offense of 160 yards (392.38 vs. 232.17) over last year. USU has had a slight gain in total offense (8.46 ypg) over their last year figures and a big jump in scoring (9.7 ppg) but, except for scoring, their rankings are worse.

I hear about the DD play calling every week here at work. USU alums are pissssed. Almost causing the good Mormons to scream our old battle cry: "DAMMIT DICKEY, THROW THE G**DAMN BALL!"
