This projection is from the same source an hour ago. I would still prefer this over the Boise State region. After beating TCU, we'd have to either host Penn State or travel to George Mason, but the quarterfinal would give us a road game at SMU or allow us to host OK State or LSU.
Between our men and women, getting to play either TCU or SMU somehow every year in basketball would be fantastic.
I’m bitter that we didn’t make the Dance yet again, but man … I’m DANG proud for our conference that we put a five seed in there. I’m hoping that bodes well for the future of the AAC. Probably not, but hey … I’ll try to stay positive.
Apparently a lot of the power conference schools are opting out of the NIT....to play in the Crown Basketball tournament in Vegas....(just a few select conferences).....in a few weeks.

yes, that is out there. But it has since come out that there wouldn't be a selection show and that it would be revealed online.. And if you check your ESPN2 guide on your TV.....I believe it has Women's Bracketology from 8-9.
