It makes sense that if you happen by practice and want to watch no one will stop you, but why in the world do you want a fan's event to take precedent over a JJ run practice where he needs focus?

Show your support on game day and let them practice when they get the most done without distractions.

The fan event would be so that you might generate more interest....and thus have more fans on GAME DAYS.

Other schools do this kind of thing. Having distraction at one practice...isn't going to ruin the team...trust me.
