Burn in Hell, Reyes... you piece of trash.

Unfortunately, he was arrested in Mexico and probably won't be turned over to Texas authorities.

I would think we could get him placed in a unit in Huntsville that would be worse than death. One could only hope.

He deserves to be turned over to the boys in Vidor to see how long he can keep up with the jeep he's chained to!

Someone can always let it slip that he narc'ed on MS-13. Gave up a lot of dirt on those guys!

Just have a guard let slip that he killed the girl because she caught on that he was molesting her little brother.

Rumors in prison don't have to be true.

Send Dewayne "Dawg" Chapman and his crew after him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Then we could burn him at the stake at Fouts.

Just let a guard slip out what he actually did. He'll probably get something worse than death before actually bleeding out. I dunno...I'd like to say that if the family finds that justice has been served with him being caught and given life, then that's fine. But the lengths he went to afterwards just make me furious.

Is it too much to ask if we could have a trial first? And actually show evidence and prove his guilt? There is enough history in north Texas of people being falsely accused and falsely convicted that should make everyone think twice about skipping the trial phase and leaping right to the punishment phase.

If he is fairly tried and then convicted, then lock him for up for good or give him the needle. Absolutely. IF he is guilty, I have no problem with terrible and profound retribution for this horrible crime.

But first things first. They got somebody. Until the investigation is completed and evidence is presented, we don't know that they got him.

By the way, I hope to God they did get him. And I hope to God that if he is guilty, he pays dearly.

Video of the guy burning the body is good enough for me smitty....

Not to mention a store camera showing him leaving with the victim.

Of course everyone agrees that he gets a trial first. "Fry him!" provides more of an emotional venting than "Give him a fair trial!"

The fair trial is assumed, especially since this one appears to be an airtight case.

I certainly understand the emotional reaction, especially by those who knew the victim. If she were my friend or family, prison would not be enough. I would want the killer's blood. But it's dangerous for the rest of us to scream "fry him," and its even more dangerous to assume a fair trial.

When everyone is screaming "fry him," how do you hold a fair trial?

You hold it in Mexico since they probably won't extradite him.
