Utah State Loses Homecoming Game

I know this is DD news, and not NT related. Still, I thought we could all use a laugh from our past and the Utah-State Aggies future... might make us feel a little better.

Spam? Haha... we're talking about Darrell Dickey's offense at Utah State? The point is that we could be much worse off if he had still been here this year? I dont know about you guys, but I'll take 0-4 with a passing offense anyday over what those guys are getting in Utah?

As much hell as this new coaching is catching the last few weeks, we really are all very happy to have Dodge and be out of the Dickster era. The last couple of seasons were just god awful. You gotta feel for the Ags.

Would I rather be 4-0 under any coach yes. But I'd say 0-4 under Dodge is much more exciting than 4-0 under Dickey would have been. Winnings the most important thing but a fun product on the field goes a long way.

I think winning is exciting. We could win every game 2-0 and that'd be more exciting to me than putting up 50 points, 600 yards of offense and losing. That said, I'm very, very glad Dodge is here.

Man I tell you, throwing for 600 yards and losing is a blast and entertaining. Losing by 59 and 69 points is real entertaing as well.

I totally agree. Losing by just a few points is so boring. Getting hammered by 50 or more, that really brings the senses to life. (Just plain getting hammered also compounds the effect!) Well, for some of us it does. Plus, there's the pride of having that NT degree on the wall, that says, 'We won't just lose by a few!' Everyone knows.

I always feel happy when something comically bad happens to Utah State, and I find comfort as if we somehow contributed by Dickey ending up there.
