For NT to beat a FAU team that just come off a big upset over a Big Ten team,

or for FAU to beat its conference foes like NT

It's too early in the season to tell. If either FAU or Troy can win out after beating BSC schools then I'd sacrifice a NT win for the good of the conference but odds are both of them will lose a couple more games so I'd like to be one of those losses.

FAU got toasted last week at Okla St., the same OSU that Troy demolished last night. Perhaps FAU and OSU can't play well on the road? Perhaps we can't play well on the road? I think we will be well rested and have a big night in Dodge's home opener. I just hope a crowd shows up for it!

Would a true Aggie want his team to lose to UT so that his conference and state have a university be national champion???

A statement like that is heresy...

Sorry let me re-phrase I would never throw a game or wish for a loss but I could handle losing to FAU or Troy in a stituation where atlarge bowl bids were in the balance.
