Tailgating Question

So the home opener is coming up soon, and I'm looking into getting a canopy for myself and friends to get out of that swealtering Texas sun.

Two questions.

1. Is a portable canopy allowed in the general tailgating parking lot? If so, is there a size limit?

2. Does anyone out there already have something like this and could suggest a brand that has worked well?

I bought an EZ Up 10X10 for $138 at Academy. I set up before the SMU game and it worked fine. Seems well made. I think it is an EXPRESS II

Quik Shade is the brand. Sports Authority usually has a good selection and seems to have them on sale almost always. And in years past we have been able to use them in the tailgate area. Hopefully things won't change this year.
