I'm was impressed with Willis. He's a hell of an athlete and he made some huge plays. But they've got holes to fill elsewhere.

Their game next week against Arkansas State will be extremely interesting.

Class. It's a rarity on message boards.

Nice to see SMU showing some, it seems to me the ponies are much more gracious this year than last season, maybe because they won

Better read the rest of thelr board before you jump to that conclusion.

No joke. They are pissed about everything... and saying we are classless.

Here is the one that makes no sense: our band played loud while their tiny band was playing their victory song.

Here is a suggestion, get a band larger than Krum High School's and maybe you won't be outplayed.

Also, according to them we had 4k people. Oy.

What was up with their announcer and his inability to pronounce *any* ethnic sounding names? I know SMU is VAST majority gringo and they probably don't talk to anyone outside their 'class', but wow, he had no clue. The media guide has all the names spelled out phonetically. Read it.

We're now at a point where UNT is a highlight of SMU's schedule -- a game they can market because their fans care so much about the win. To me, that's a good thing for both schools. A real crosstown rivalry, to match the one between SMU and TCU, would help all three DFW teams and get better media play.
