Tailgate

While I planned on going with a group of guys to Milo's and getting loaded before the game I have a change of plans. I am bringing the kiddos to the SMU game. We have to make an appearance at the COBA gathering but I am looking for a kid/Dad friendly place to tailgate.

Any suggestions?

I wish. I meant a place with bounce houses/face painting etc. that still allowed frosties! I think you know what I mean about not every tailgate area being great for kids.

Yeah, I know.

I don't think there's such an area t SMU. At over $700 a season for parking on the Boulevard, you'd think they'd have something.. like Bumper Benz.

There's a non-alcohol area on The Boulevard. Never made it there, or saw it, but I hear it exists.

Also, there are usually inflatables blown up somewhere. Sometimes they're by the Doak Walker plaza, sometimes they're up by Dallas Hall and the flag pole. I'd just ask when you're there.

Thanks Southern...I don't have to be NO alcohol...let's not go crazy...I just dont want to be around me from 10 years ago. At least not with the kids.

Where is the best place to park? I had thought of parking at Walnut Hill and riding the light rail down just because the kids would get a kick out of the train.

How dare you! Smoooo does not tailgate, they Boulevard. We are nothing more than cretins. Tailgate, indeed.
