We played Charlotte at home, two years ago.

We're not on Nebraska's schedule. Also, we're not on Texas State's (we hosted them last year).

I still think we may have a home game with Rice.

From the looks of your list there, I'd say we have 2-3 more games (non-conference) to make the schedule complete.

Texas, Oklahoma State, Illinois State, New Mexico State..... great OOC schedule... I hope that I don't hear people complain about our OOC games... Great Job RV!

Let's give JJ a pat on the back for the schedule. Basketball coaches tend to make their schedules and run them by the AD for approval.

I had no idea. I always thought the athletic department and athletic director did these. I definitely commend JJ on a fine schedule!

The Denton chapter of the North Texas Exes are patiently waiting for the official men's schedule so we can print basketball shirts. I won't divulge the image on the front, but the back will have the men's and women's home schedule printed. The shirts should be available from the Exes Center around November 7th. We are into our third printing of the Sink Navy shirts.

It would be hard to get an OOC schedule worse than last years, though SMU has managed to do it. They had to do something as they were losing a lot of folks who didn't care to renew their season tickets this year because of the OOC schedule last year.

Wouldn't be THAT hard to find some comperable schedules. I did some research last season and there were a whole slew of tournament teams that had some suspect games on their OOC slate.

You're right, I am sure you could find other teams that had OOC schedules that were worse than ours, but the fact remains ours was very poor. Lets see how this years team does with a better schedule.
