I don't find this lame at all. Lame is watching pre-packaged-over-analyzed-big-time football. If I had known that it was going to be on, I would have turned in. I like watching the more obscure schools play.

The Gorillas vs the Lions. sounds like a good match-up to me.

Pittsburg State is sort of a powerhouse at their level. Franchione I believe got his first head coaching gig there. Came close to going up there for a recruiting trip many moons ago.

The Sun Belt has this thing called a contract with ESPN for TV coverage. NT would have to set up independent games with FSN to get additional coverage.

Damn! They had two post-game interviews with Pitt. State players, and they both could actually speak in complete sentences.

I don't recall once hearding their sentences punctuated with "Ya' know, "Like", uh (or "Uh like") or "Yo".

I watched part of the Summerville and some other something-state school on ESPN2 for a bit. Now that college football is here, I'll probably shift to just watching that and a few NFL games.
