I'm watching it right now and I remember reading he had a tryout with the Saints so I thought since it's preseason maybe he'll get a chance to play?

Well that's the thing, he's not on the roster according to the Saints roster. I know it hasn't been that long since they talked with him but...

From what I read....Johnny was going to be given a 1-day tryout to see what the Saints thought about him.

So, I haven't heard...how he did. And, whether or not, he was signed after the tryout.

I looked at the roster before the game, as well. There hasn't been any news on here about him getting signed, so he may still be waiting for a spot to open up.
