Michael "Playmaker" Irvin was a triplet of the greatest sport trio in history for one simple reason, he had heart. He was a leader in the three super bowls that the cowboys won and brought so much joy to those who took part in being a cowboys fan. Irvin was a motivator to not only himself but his players and his adoring fans.

Michael did make some mistakes, but he learned from his falls and disgraces and quickly picked himself back up for the good of others who cared about him. He couldnt be flawless like the rest, especially since he came from a tough background and neighborhood but he overcame every obstacle that was dealt in his life.

Today let's celebrate the recognition of a true ball player that sacrificed his health, family, and his own self to bring joy those who watched on Sunday afternoons.

Thanks Michael, you truly are the best wide receiver of all time.....
