Hebron-ex in OSU drills despite arrest

11:18 PM CDT on Friday, August 3, 2007

By BRANDON GEORGE / The Dallas Morning News

LB Alex Odiari, a former Hebron standout who started four games last season, has participated in the team's first two practices despite his arrest last Friday in a Stillwater, Okla., bar.

Odiari, 20, was arrested on allegations he was in a bar while underage and for violating an emergency protection order.

"I've gathered all the information," Gundy said. "We'll handle it internally. He's still on the team, but he has some serious issues that he'll have to deal with me, our team and our staff. He'll be on scout team for a while."
