All the white paint makes Fouts Field look a helluva' lot larger (and for certain much brighter). Now about that damn track?!?!?

Nice. Fouts looks better there with the track gone, but the slope of the stands will always be too shallow and those endzone seats are still in another zip code. Better to start over with NEW!

Looks like they also added another section of seating so that the front row is closer to the field.

Freaked me out at first... Then I noticed the track was missing and there had been seats added closer to the field. Makes Fouts almost look presentable.

Add seats closer to the sidelines and rip out the north endzone seats altogether...and Fouts would be just fine.

Yes. Most of Fouts is a G lot. There's a bus line or two that runs from there to the rest of campus.

Without the track, the end zone seats could actually be moved closer and be in the same zip code as the field.

Thanks man, I was board on the couch watching TV last night. There are something between 50-100 detail problems I would usually fix at work but hey I was being a couch potato.

The orginal pic was take on graduation day last May.

This might not be as bad as it has been. The first DRC article on Fouts had this quote:

“We all know that Fouts is outdated,” Villarreal said. “We are doing a lot of work this summer and will redo our restrooms and concourses, but the reality is that Fouts does not have the amenities that lend itself to being the kind of venue we would like to have for our fans.”

if they could get rid of the track and move the end zones 20 yds closer then Fouts would be tolerable and the metal bleachers might actually have fans rather than birds sitting in them.
