Like most of what rivals does that ranking makes almost no sense. Look at UTEP commits and compare to NT and explain how they are rated higher. Less commits, less recruit average rating and they are rated although slightly above NT?

If Riley had been graded as a QB instead of an athlete we would be ranked higher but since he's a 3 star athlete and the 38th best athlete instead of being a top 20 dual threat Qb we don't get the same bonus points that UTEP got for their three star QB.
