LOI no longer applies, the incoming player signs an aid agreement....not binding on other colleges....they could come in and get him. If he is already enrolled and attending classes that might make a difference ? If anyone knows more or something difference please contribute.

As far as Kaiser is concerned I would believe his size and long arms in the inside OL make for a good pass protection blocker..
